Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Thai Wordle (Bundle ID: dev.kao9.thaiwordle), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thai Wordle for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other intellectual property rights in Thai Wordle are owned by us. The app's name, logo, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. In-App Purchases

Thai Wordle may offer optional in-app purchases, such as hint packs or premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or App Store policies.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support, as we do not process refunds directly.
• Purchased content is tied to your Apple ID and may be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue in-app purchase offerings at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Thai Wordle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

4. การซื้อภายในแอป

Thai Wordle อาจเสนอการซื้อภายในแอปแบบเลือกได้ เช่น ชุดคำใบ้หรือฟีเจอร์พรีเมียม การซื้อทั้งหมดดำเนินการผ่าน App Store ของ Apple และอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของ Apple

• การซื้อทั้งหมดถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นตามที่กฎหมายหรือนโยบาย App Store กำหนด
• คำขอคืนเงินต้องส่งไปยังฝ่ายสนับสนุนของ Apple เนื่องจากเราไม่ได้ดำเนินการคืนเงินโดยตรง

5. พฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้

6. การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน

Thai Wordle ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มี" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใดๆ ไม่ว่าจะโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย เราไม่รับประกันว่าแอปจะไม่หยุดชะงัก ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือไม่มีส่วนประกอบที่เป็นอันตราย

7. การจำกัดความรับผิด

ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม อุบัติเหตุ พิเศษ ผลที่ตามมา หรือการลงโทษ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้แอปของคุณ
